I'm Susanna, and I'm gathering this circle because I need it too.

This year follows a framework rooted in aligned principles, the same approach I used to build two values-aligned, highly impactful businesses.
Like yoga, we move through cycles:

Most business programs are all inhale, constantly building, launching, scaling, with no exhale. Which leads to burn out. We practice the full breath.

How This Circle Works
We're building something different here a true circle rooted in values and principles, decolonial practice, and nervous system care.
As you may know Masterminds like these are usually between 15-50K. We are aiming to do this very differently, more circular and rooted. However, to hold a space like this still gives and takes resources.
To create and sustain this container, we need:
✦ Retreat spaces where we can gather in person, slow down, and go deep
✦ Ritual support and grounding tools throughout the year
✦ Platform infrastructure to stay connected between calls
✦ Reciprocity for experts & peer teachers. We all have wisdom to share. When you lead a session, you receive an honorarium
✦ Coordination and logistics, as we all know - the hidden work is immense! Someone has to book retreats, manage the tech, hold the structure, logistics, energy and continuity.

What's NOT included?
Travel and lodging for retreats. You'll arrange your own accommodations, and we aim to support you.
Where will the retreats be?
The first one will be in the gorgeous mountains of Los Angeles. We will decide the second with input from our group.
When does it start?
February 12th. As soon as you join you can schedule a 1:1 Clarity call with Susanna to clarify your vision and goals for this year. You'll join the WhatsApp community right away. Monthly calls begin February 2026.
How much time do I need?
We are all busy founders so we go for maximum impact without taking too much time! 1-2 live calls per month (1-2 hours each, all recorded) plus optional WhatsApp engagement. Everything is flexible and on your schedule.
What if I can't make live calls?
All calls are recorded and available in the portal, easy for you to get the info you need.
Tell me about peer teaching. Do I have to lead?
Teaching is optional. Anyone who leads a session receives an honorarium. This keeps learning reciprocal and non-hierarchical as we all have gifts to share.
Is this just for yoga teachers?
No. This is for founders, leaders, wellness practitioners, educators, therapists, activists, healers, and changemakers building values-driven work.
Do I need to have a business?
Yes. You should own and operate your own business or be a leader within an existing organization.
Do I have to be a queer person of color?
This circle centers folks of the Global Majority, People of Color and Queer values. You can be part of that community and/or in support of centering these values, communities and ways of being.
Do I need social justice training?
No. Just show up with openness and care deeply. We'll walk the rest together.
How long do I have access?
One full year. At year's end, you'll have the option to continue.
Is Susanna facilitating or is she a peer?
Both. I'm both a peer member AND the organizer. I show up fully, ask for support, and participate, while also coordinating the logistics so we can all be held without managing the details. And I bring a ton of wisdom and insight. I bring two decades of education and business leadership, am a PhD scholar in Yoga Leadership Psychology, have built two impactful businesses, a successful social media account, a viral TEDx talk, do training and speaking, and have invested over 200K into training and development. All bring wisdom I'm excited to apply to your growth..
