I've been in leadership spaces for years and most bring girl-boss energy, urgency, and performative posturing. Not it.

About Your Council Convener
I'm Susanna, and I've built two industry defining businesses and trained 25,000+ people without hustle culture.
From the start, I built on values. When folks said scale fast, I created access, flow, centering ritual and nervous system care. When others extracted from traditions, I honored lineage.
I built businesses the way I practice yoga, and it works.
Not just financially, but sustainably. Without burning out and without compromising my values.
This approach became my framework, the one I've used for 15 years but never shared publicly. Until now.
I love to collaborate, am a Yoga Psychology PhD scholar, Ayurvedic practitioner, and author.
But what matters most: I'm living proof you can build meaningful, profitable work without sacrificing your soul. That's what we're building together in Council.

Ignite & Illuminate Conscious Founder Framework
This year follows a framework rooted in yogic principles, the same approach I used to build two values-aligned, highly impactful businesses.
Like yoga practice, we move through cycles:
IGNITE - Vision, strategy, building (expansion, heat, like the inhale)
ILLUMINATE - Integration, rest, embodiment (reflection, cooling, like the exhale)
Most business programs are all inhale, constantly building, launching, scaling, with no exhale. Which leads to burn out. We practice the full breath.

Once you enroll, you're in. Book your 1:1 Clarity Call with Susanna to set your vision and goals for the year. You'll also receive a curated welcome gift to ground your year ahead, plus surprise touchpoints throughout the year, ritual tools, grounding support, and inspiration sent right to you.
Monthly Calls (1-2 per month, all recorded)
IGNITE calls - High-energy training, frameworks, strategy sessions (implementable immediately)

Two Annual In-Person Retreats
You get to be in the room at two annual in-person retreats where we go deep, get to laugh, cry, strategize, rest, restore and really feel each other as we create our deep connections, strategies and legacies.
Peer-Led Co-Coaching
Leadership is more powerful when it's shared. Each month, we learn from Susanna, a vetted expert, or one of you. Members who lead sessions receive a $750 honorarium, keeping the learning reciprocal, non-hierarchical, and honoring the brilliance in the circle.

What’s the investment?

Pay-in-full bonus: an additional 1:1 coaching session with Susanna mid-year.

Where does my investment go?
Everything: 1:1 Clarity Call, monthly IGNITE & ILLUMINATE coaching and training sessions, two in-person retreats, curated gifts, ongoing support, portal access, WhatsApp community, and the $750 honorarium for members who lead peer training sessions. Truly, access to this community is priceless.
What is not included in the price?
Travel and lodging for the two in-person retreats. You'll arrange your own travel & accommodations. We will provide you with info and options to support your experience.
Where will the retreats be?
We'll decide together once the Council convenes, but at least one will be in Los Angeles.
When does it start?
You can start immediately after enrolling. You'll join the WhatsApp community right away and participate in monthly live calls which begin at the end of January 2026.
How much time do I need?
This is designed for busy leaders. 1-2 live calls per month (1-2 hours each, all recorded) plus optional WhatsApp engagement. Everything is flexible and on your schedule.
What if I can't make the live calls?
All calls are recorded and available in the Council portal, so you can participate on your own time. The depth of the trainings and power of community transmits over time and space.
Tell me about co-coaching. Do I have to teach?
Teaching is optional. Members who lead a session receive a $750 honorarium. This keeps learning reciprocal and non-hierarchical.
Is this just for yoga teachers?
No. This is for all founders, leaders, wellness practitioners, educators, therapists, activists, healers, and changemakers building values-driven work.
Do I have to have a business?
Yes. You should own and operate your own business or be a leader within an existing organization.
Do I need social justice training?
Nope! Just show up with openness. You don’t need to know everything. You need to care deeply and show up with your whole self. We’ll walk the rest with you.
How long do I have access?
One full year of access to the community, trainings, materials, WhatsApp community, and all updates. At the end of 1 year you'll have the option to continue your connection, community and growth in Conscious Founders Council.
Can I add extra coaching with Susanna?
Susanna's coaching is only available within this Council. For additional sessions, email hello@ignitebewell.com.
